The role provides technical and people leadership, manages software design, development, integration, testing, staffing, performance, and delivery, and supports program, proposal, resource, and cost activities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science discipline, at least five years of software development, integration, or testing experience, Agile or Scrum experience, and U.S. citizenship. The position offers a full-time salary range of $135,700 to $251,900 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
