Description
The Software Engineering Manager leads software development activities for ground-segment applications, including team recruitment, selection, training, performance management, work assignments, compensation, and recognition or disciplinary actions. The role oversees the software development lifecycle, applies engineering standards and tools, and coordinates with users and stakeholders. It requires at least five years of experience leading software-development teams, strong software-engineering and product-management capabilities, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret or higher security clearance. The position offers a full-time salary range of $135,700 to $251,900 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
