Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is hiring a full-time Engineering Manager to lead software and hardware integration, system verification and validation, testing, delivery, installation, checkout, and related training systems for submarine and undersea surveillance platforms. The role manages subordinate employees, project staffing and planning, recruiting, performance, and technical issues across agile and DevSecOps environments. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a related discipline, at least 9 years of relevant experience, software development and systems engineering experience, prior management or team leadership experience, and the ability to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance.
