Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a full-time Associate Manager for the Segment Integration and Test Environment (BSITE) and Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) Software within the THAAD Ground Systems Development Organization. Reporting to the GSDO Force Operations Software Manager, the role leads 5–10 software engineers, manages software development schedules and tools, applies Agile practices, and champions DevSecOps. Responsibilities include workforce management, training, mentoring, performance and compensation management, and coordination with the THAAD program and Ground Software Engineering organization. The position requires C++, Python, Rust, or Ada software experience, Agile experience, and an active DoD SECRET clearance; desired qualifications include THAAD Fire Control software, Linux, Git, Jira, DevOps, missile-program experience, and a Security+ certification. The salary range is $120,600 to $224,000, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
