Lockheed Martin is hiring a Software Engineering Associate Manager for its Information Systems & Innovation organization. The role leads an agile software engineering team, manages contractor engagements, provides technical leadership and architecture guidance, supports proposal and customer-facing programs, oversees Earned Value Management and cost accounting, and leads DevSecOps and software licensing initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least five years of software development leadership and system architecture experience in defense or aerospace, and expertise in Agile, full-stack development, cloud and container technologies, and cybersecurity compliance.
