Description
CapTech is hiring a Software Engineering Consultant for its one-year Discovery Program, designed for recent graduates transitioning from college. The role involves designing, building, and delivering modern web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise solutions; developing scalable systems using cloud-native architectures, APIs, automation, DevOps, and CI/CD; and collaborating with clients and engineering teams across a broad technology ecosystem. Candidates should be on track to graduate in December 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 with a relevant bachelor's or accelerated master's degree, have strong communication and analytical skills, and be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. The position is available in Atlanta, Charlotte, Columbus, Denver, Philadelphia, Reston/DC, and Richmond, with onsite work at client locations or CapTech offices and remote work when compatible with client needs. Base pay is $89,000–$94,000.
