HARMAN is hiring a permanent Software Engineer for its Automotive Engineering team in Łódź, Poland. The role focuses on analyzing and fixing software defects, designing and implementing in-car software features, configuring and integrating AUTOSAR components, and performing low-level debugging with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. Candidates need AUTOSAR Classic knowledge, C programming experience, commercial embedded automotive project experience, and low-level embedded debugging experience. The position follows a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the Łódź office and offers an annual gross base salary of PLN 140,000–220,000, with possible variable compensation.
