Encode, Inc. is hiring a Senior Associate, Software Engineering in Salt Lake City, Utah, on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. The role supports existing systems and develops next-generation military communications through embedded real-time software development, including designing, coding, testing, debugging, updating, reviewing requirements and documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, have at least two years of relevant experience, and be proficient with object-oriented C++.
