Hotmart is hiring a Software Engineering Coordinator to manage four Brazil-based engineers in its Software Foundation area. The role focuses on translating strategic goals into execution plans, leading delivery and people management, coordinating workflows and dependencies, and supporting the security and reliability of Hotmart’s global platform. Candidates need experience leading software teams, a strong software engineering foundation, agile and flow-management experience, organizational and prioritization skills, and clear communication; Java, AWS, DevOps, and English are preferred.
