The role leads software-engineering teams, defines and maintains project code, ensures product quality and stability, aligns business requirements with technical solutions, and supports individual development. It requires at least three years of experience leading software-engineering people, plus backend and frontend JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js/NestJS, cloud, messaging, database, agile, and software-quality experience.
