Description
Mindrift is seeking a project-based Software Engineering Evaluation Specialist for Terminal Bench. The specialist designs realistic, self-contained coding tasks for AI coding agents, packages broken software with Docker environments, writes deterministic pytest verification, instructions, and reference solutions, calibrates task difficulty, and incorporates QA feedback. The role requires at least three years of production backend software development in one supported stack, strong Python and pytest skills, Docker, Linux/Bash, AI coding-agent experience, and B2+ English. Contributions are flexible and paid at rates up to $35 per hour, but this is not permanent employment.
