Parametric is hiring a Director, Software Engineering to lead the Core Operations Platform for account onboarding, activities, reconciliation, reporting, and client servicing. The role owns the technology roadmap, architecture, delivery, AI and automation strategy, stakeholder partnerships, governance, risk, and a high-performing engineering team. It requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, 15+ years of hands-on development experience, 7+ years supervising software teams, and 10+ years developing scalable solutions with .NET and Java. The position follows a hybrid model with office work three days per week.
