Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams or crews delivering large scale, mission critical platforms.
Strong hands on background with modern web architectures, APIs, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.
Demonstrated ability to operate as a technical authority, making architectural decisions and guiding teams through ambiguity.
Experience working in regulated, security conscious environments with strong governance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications: Direct experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, AEP/RT CDP, AJO, Assets, Workfront) or equivalent enterprise digital platforms.
Experience modernizing or scaling marketing, personalization, or customer engagement platforms.
Background in data driven systems, event streaming, or real time decisioning integrations.
Strong track record of transformational engineering leadership, not just steady state operations.
