Description
Microsoft Digital is hiring a ServiceNow Software Engineer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, REST APIs, integrations, security, and platform readiness. The role supports platform modernization through low-code and no-code capabilities, workflow automation, AI-enabled experiences, and integration with Microsoft technology services. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field and at least two years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python; equivalent experience is also accepted. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, five or more years of ServiceNow solution development experience, Azure cloud-native application experience, AI-powered business solutions, and ServiceNow Vendor Risk Management and Software Asset Management experience. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD 102,100 to USD 202,200 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
