Description
Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies is accepting applications for a general software engineering internship covering infotainment and mobile applications for software-defined vehicles. Interns may be matched to one of twelve specialized teams, including Android, 3D graphics, wireless and telematics, automation, and integration testing. Responsibilities include developing and testing software, writing code in Kotlin, Java, C++, or Python, collaborating with product and design partners, debugging, and presenting progress. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program at an accredited United States university and proficient in one of the listed programming languages; experience with Android, wireless protocols, 3D graphics engines, or test automation is preferred. The internship is a full-time commitment from January 11, 2027 to August 13, 2027.
