Description
Microsoft is hiring a Software Engineer Intern for its MSC IL AI Innovation team to design, develop, test, debug, and maintain AI-powered software components. The intern will work on agents, tool and API integrations, prompt flows, retrieval workflows, evaluation harnesses, monitoring, and cloud-native development, while learning responsible AI, security, CI/CD, observability, and software engineering practices. The role requires a current master’s student in a relevant technical field with at least three semesters remaining, programming experience, and core computer science fundamentals; preferred qualifications include additional programming experience, AI and cloud familiarity, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
