Description
York Space Systems is hiring a Software Engineering Intern to develop, debug, test, and automate software that interacts with spacecraft hardware and embedded systems. The role involves embedded Linux, Python, C/C++, Bash, spacecraft interfaces, telemetry, networks, hardware-in-the-loop testing, automated testing, and troubleshooting across software, operating systems, networks, and hardware. Candidates should be comfortable with Linux terminals, hardware, and the full engineering loop; preferred qualifications include embedded systems, aerospace, robotics, testing, and safety-critical systems experience. The internship offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and a 401K, and requires permanent United States work authorization.
