Evernorth is seeking a Software Engineering Lead Analyst to join their team in Hyderabad, India. The role involves developing, optimizing, and fine-tuning AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy, supporting the entire software lifecycle from design to deployment. The analyst will work with both onsite and offshore teams, focusing on Java/J2EE microservices architecture, implementing automated tests, participating in agile environments, and deploying applications on AWS and OpenShift.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, and SpringBoot
Experience in designing and building REST web services using Java at internet scale
Strong in Java (v8 plus)
Strong in SpringBoot and MVC framework
Proficient in OpenShift/Cloud deployments
Experience with tuning high-volume applications
Experience with caching products
Experience with working in Agile environment
Proficient in Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline
Strong in JUnit, Mockito frameworks
Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to OpenShift, PCF and AWS
Healthcare experience including PBM business model.
