LexisNexis Risk Solutions is hiring a technical leader to guide a multidisciplinary engineering team delivering AI-enhanced products, internal tools, and platform capabilities. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people leadership, focusing on machine learning services, model deployment pipelines, inference APIs, data and feature systems, MLOps, DevOps, SecOps, code quality, testing, observability, and cross-team roadmap planning. Candidates need at least seven years of backend, full-stack, machine learning, or distributed systems experience, two years of technical leadership or senior mentoring experience, production ML service deployment experience, and strong Python and Java skills.
