Dokainish & Company is hiring a full-time, in-office Software Engineering Lead in downtown Toronto to serve as the senior engineering authority for organization-owned products, internal tools, client technology solutions, and software architecture. The role combines hands-on full-stack development, architectural design, production readiness, DevOps and Azure engineering, security and compliance, technical discovery, estimation, and leadership of software engineers and developers. Candidates need at least seven years of professional software engineering experience, including significant full-stack development, and must be legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.
