The Software Engineering Lead will support management, lead large multifunctional development activities, solve complex technical problems, write complex code, and serve as a senior technical expert. Responsibilities include software design, mentoring developers, coordinating external technology resources, addressing coding and technical issues, and contributing to customer-facing workshops. The role requires 10+ years of software development experience, strong Java Spring Boot and JavaScript Angular expertise, architectural and full-stack application knowledge, data storage experience, and experience leading teams and collaborating with internal and external technology resources.
