LexisNexis Legal & Professional is hiring a Software Engineering Lead to guide a team of developers in building software solutions for legal technology. The role combines hands-on coding, technical direction, complex data modeling, bug resolution, requirements and design work, Agile development, code reviews, testing, and mentorship of junior engineers. The lead will also support hiring, training, performance feedback, and team operations. Candidates must have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, be fluent in English and Spanish, reside in Mexico City, work onsite two days per week, and be proficient in .NET/C# and Angular.
