The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, including mentoring developers, reviewing specifications, resolving complex issues, managing development processes, and supporting data modeling and storage systems. Candidates need at least seven years of software engineering experience, two years of software engineering lead experience, and a BS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience. The U.S. national base-pay range is $115,400 to $192,300, with geographic differentials and an annual incentive bonus.
