Description
The Software Engineering Lead is a hands-on subject matter expert, engineering leader, and people manager responsible for leading a cross-functional team delivering products and services. The role owns delivery outcomes, technical direction, architecture, security, reliability, compliance, operational readiness, incident response, and engineering culture. It requires extensive experience leading software at scale, cross-functional teams through the full SDLC, systems analysis and design, and balancing product delivery with technical investments. The role also requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
