Description

InductiveHealth is hiring a Software Engineer Lead to lead the technical direction of its data platform. The hybrid, hands-on role focuses on Microsoft Fabric architecture, medallion data layers, pipelines, Power BI development standards, AI-ready data architecture, SQL Server performance monitoring, API integrations, observability, and collaboration with DBA, DevOps, and application teams. Candidates need senior-level data solution design experience, strong SQL and cloud data platform skills, and familiarity with Azure services and AI-adjacent analytics patterns.

Required Previous Experiences: Senior-level data solution design experience
Hands-on Microsoft Fabric and/or Power BI experience

SQL and data pipeline design/optimization experience
Medallion architecture and cloud data warehousing experience
Fabric data pipeline or orchestration experience
API-based data integration experience
Azure ecosystem experience
Python, Fabric notebooks, Spark, or MLflow/model registry exposure
PowerShell and/or Azure DevOps experience
Preferred Qualifications: Azure AI Foundry familiarity
Power BI Embedded familiarity
Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or emerging analytics experience
