Description
Firmable is hiring a Software Engineering Lead to own the backend services, RESTful APIs, and AI/LLM systems powering its products. The role leads two engineering pods through their team leads while remaining hands-on, with approximately 80% architecture and engineering and 20% function leadership. Responsibilities include Python/FastAPI services, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, DynamoDB, AI/LLM agents, harness and eval engineering, scale and reliability, observability, and cross-functional architecture. The role requires 7–10 years of backend engineering experience, including leading engineers or engineering leads, plus 3+ years of hands-on Python experience.
