The role aligns engineering initiatives and best practices across product teams, governs architecture and refactoring, supports technical decision-making, and drives improvements in reliability, performance, and efficiency. It requires extensive modern software engineering experience, architecture knowledge, experience governing digital product architecture, and experience mentoring and leading engineers. The position is based in Malmö and requires working the majority of the time from the workplace.
