Newfold Digital is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead high-performing engineering teams while providing hands-on technical direction. The role combines people leadership, software architecture, engineering excellence, product delivery, and AI-first development practices. Responsibilities include designing scalable systems, making architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, establishing AI and automation practices, improving engineering delivery and quality, and partnering with Product, Design, DevOps, Security, and other engineering teams. The position requires at least 8 years of software engineering experience, strong technical leadership, distributed systems knowledge, and experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
