Description
Intuit is hiring a Software Engineering Manager for the Agent Ready Platform (ARP) team in Bengaluru, India to lead the Red Team assessment function. The role is responsible for evaluating how well Intuit's platform and paved paths work when AI agents use them end-to-end, identifying friction points, documenting assessment scores and friction reports, and coordinating remediation with platform teams. The manager will lead and grow an engineering team, partner with US-based ARP stakeholders, and build the operating rhythm needed to scale assessments across hundreds to thousands of use cases with rigor and consistency.
