Coder is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Agentic Engineering team to lead and grow software engineering teams while setting technical direction for agent harnesses, integrations, developer workflows, and agentic systems. The role involves hands-on architecture and implementation decisions, improving reliability and performance, partnering with Product and Design, and coaching engineers. The team uses Go, Postgres, React, TypeScript, AWS, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and GitHub Actions, with experience in LLMs, model APIs, tool calling, context management, and agent loops required.
