Description
The Software Engineering Manager will lead and grow a team responsible for AI enablement, developer tooling, reusable accelerators, and shared engineering systems for Servicing Technology. The role is hands-on, involving code review, prototyping, AI-assisted development, and the creation of automation and reference implementations that improve engineering productivity. The manager will also drive adoption of AI capabilities, improve observability and operational resilience, and partner with engineering, security, product, and senior leadership on AI strategy and infrastructure investment.
