Description
The DEX Software Engineering Manager leads engineers responsible for designing, developing, deploying, supporting, and improving forecourt systems software for fuel dispensers, payment infrastructure, and media/display integration. The role provides hands-on technical leadership across embedded Linux, Java, Python, Node.js, REST APIs, AWS serverless architecture, CI/CD, secure device communication, PCI/P2PE compliance, vendor integrations, and field-fleet reliability. It also manages project delivery, vendor relationships, incident response, and engineering mentorship while partnering with product, security, operations, and business stakeholders.
