Aveni is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and grow one of its engineering teams in a remote-first fintech environment. The role owns team performance, development, culture, delivery, hiring, and process improvement while partnering with Product and Lead Engineer. The manager should have extensive software engineering experience, prior Engineering Manager or Team Lead experience, knowledge of Node.js or Python and React, Agile/Scrum experience, and genuine interest in AI coding tools.
