Description
Axon is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead and mentor 8–10 software engineers while remaining hands-on with code. The role focuses on designing and developing scalable, high-availability data pipelines, including real-time 911 data ingestion, and covers technical direction, architecture, code reviews, project planning, hiring, performance management, and customer delivery. It is based in the Seattle office on a hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays, and offers a base pay range of $150,000–$240,000 USD plus benefits.
