Buildsafe is hiring a full-time Software Engineering Manager to lead and develop its software engineering function from its Arundel Head Office on the Gold Coast. The role focuses on people leadership, engineering capability, delivery, technology strategy, and modernising business-critical platforms including BuildCam, internal systems, and emerging AI initiatives. The manager will guide technical and architectural decisions, improve software delivery and quality, support AI-assisted development, and collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders. The position is permanent and full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule and benefits including onsite parking, an employee assistance program, and fitness passport membership options.
