Cavista Technologies is hiring a full-time, hybrid Software Engineering Manager based in Lagos, Nigeria. The role leads and mentors multiple agile software engineering, product management, and data science teams; manages web, mobile, integration, and SaaS projects; provides architectural guidance; drives the software development lifecycle; and coordinates resources and priorities. Candidates need a computer science or related degree, at least four years of software engineering leadership experience, agile and scrum experience, people-management experience, and experience building scalable SaaS solutions in cloud infrastructure.
