Constantinople is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Lending team to lead the design, delivery, and technical direction of software systems that originate, assess, and service loans. The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical ownership of lending calculations, decisioning logic, loan lifecycle events, code quality, architectural decisions, project delivery, and the career development of engineers. Candidates should have experience leading engineering teams and building large-scale SaaS solutions, with lending, mortgage, credit, origination, decisioning, servicing, or collections experience preferred.
