PedidosYa is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead its Risk team in Fintech in Montevideo. The role is responsible for the team’s strategy and roadmap, quality and continuous delivery, financial scoring, monitoring, post-production support, collaboration with Product, UX, and Data teams, and professional development. Candidates need at least three years of experience managing software development teams using agile methodologies, experience with Java, Kotlin, or Golang, and strong knowledge of distributed architectures, systems integration, solution design, databases, and scalability; fintech, fraud, or risk experience is a major plus.
