Duku AI is hiring a hands-on leadership engineer to build autonomous AI testing agents that run user journeys, detect failures, and self-heal as codebases evolve. The role owns engineering execution from idea to production, defines the company’s technical direction, trains LLM-powered testers, and manages Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and experiments with models, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines. Candidates should have a startup product-building background, strong AI/LLM and full-stack capabilities, and an experimental, outcome-focused mindset.
