easyJet is hiring a Software Engineering Manager in Luton for a full-time hybrid role, with 60% of the time spent in the office. The manager will lead engineers across multiple squads within a Mission, develop Engineering Leads and Senior Engineers, improve engineering practices and team culture, remove delivery obstacles, and partner with Product and Mission leadership. The role requires experience leading engineers across multiple teams, people leadership, agile delivery, cloud and CI/CD practices, and recruiting and retaining talent.
