VAS is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead and develop a software engineering team while contributing to architecture, technical strategy, delivery, quality, and stakeholder alignment. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, Agile delivery, cloud and mobile application development, and collaboration across Product, Design, Business, and Engineering. Candidates need at least 8 years of software development experience, 4 years leading engineering teams, and experience with mobile, offline-first, cloud, CI/CD, and modern application technologies.
