Description
The Software Engineering Manager will lead the design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of COSMOS, a cloud-native global inventory management platform replacing legacy mainframe applications. The role provides technical leadership, delivery oversight, people management, architecture guidance, and stakeholder collaboration across engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, DevOps, and business teams. It requires 12+ years of progressive software engineering experience, enterprise application modernization and global delivery experience, and hands-on expertise with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud infrastructure, databases, containerization, Terraform, and Google Cloud Platform.
