Description
The Software Engineering Manager will lead the design, development, deployment, and modernization of COSMOS, a cloud-native global inventory management platform replacing legacy mainframe applications. The role provides technical leadership, delivery oversight, people management, architecture guidance, and engineering excellence across a cross-functional team supporting purchasing, materials management, manufacturing, finance, logistics, and plant operations. It requires 12+ years of progressive software engineering experience, strong Java and Spring Boot expertise, microservices and API architecture, cloud and DevOps experience, and enterprise integration capabilities.
