Description
The Software Engineering Manager will provide strategic product and technical leadership for Ford’s MS TECH Order Fulfillment business, overseeing the Order Generation product suite and large-scale AI/ML, data, cloud, and MLOps transformations. The role combines product vision, roadmap and business-case development, cross-functional delivery, responsible AI governance, and hands-on engineering leadership, while building and mentoring teams of software, product, data, and machine learning engineers. It requires 10+ years of progressive software engineering, digital product, data, or AI/ML experience, an undergraduate degree in a quantitative field, and 4+ years of production Google Cloud experience.
