Ford is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead 10+ developers and analysts responsible for building, delivering, and supporting dealer-platform technology products. The role owns the product lifecycle from roadmap and requirements through development, release, production support, incident management, and platform reliability; it also requires hands-on technical leadership across GCP, Java Springboot microservices, PostgreSQL or Oracle, React, and Angular, along with stakeholder management and Agile/Scrum delivery leadership. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 7+ years of product management or engineering leadership experience, and offers a base salary of $132,800-$250,800, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, relocation assistance, and no visa sponsorship.
