Description
Google is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of Software Engineers working on mobile and full-stack development for media AI and platform integration. The role owns the team’s direction, roadmap, release processes, collaboration with partner teams, code review, and team culture, while managing engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget, and large-scale international projects. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience, full-stack development experience, technical leadership experience, and people-management experience. Compensation in Sweden is SEK 1,200,000–1,230,000 plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
