The role leads a New York-based team of engineers, manages technical architecture across IDE extensions, LSP, Pantheon, and Gemini Code Assist, partners with product and developer-experience teams, and oversees large-scale projects across multiple international sites. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience, and experience in front-end development, technical leadership, and people management. Compensation is $207,000–$300,000 USD plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
