Description
The Software Engineering Manager leads engineers across multiple teams and locations, manages project goals and a large product budget, oversees large-scale international deployments, contributes to product strategy, and develops technical roadmaps. The role includes setting team priorities, coaching and reviewing engineers’ work, and reviewing code for best practices. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of programming experience in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin, or Go, and 5 years each in technical leadership and people or team leadership.
