The role manages engineers across multiple teams and locations, oversees large product budgets and international deployments, and leads reliability, security, compliance, and platform strategy. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, extensive C++ and large-scale infrastructure experience, and significant technical and people leadership experience. The position offers a US salary of $262,000–$364,000 plus a 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
