Description
The Software Engineering Manager will lead the design and implementation of a self-healing resource distribution ecosystem and Agentic Fleet Management, manage large-scale distributed systems, risk modeling, policy enforcement, and resource abstractions across multiple sites, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and coach engineers. The role requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience, 3 years of technical leadership experience, 8 years of experience with large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems, and 2 years of people management experience.
